The Rugrats Divisons will play a 'Soccerfest' format with each team guaranteed a minimum of 3 games with certified Referees but, without scores being recorded and standings maintained except in the Under 7 and Under 8 Age Groups where a Champion and Finalist will be determined based on scores, standings and 'Playoffs'.

Rosters are limited to:
Under 4/5/6 - 10 players playing 4 plus goalie
Under 7 - 14 players playing 6 plus goalie
Under 8 - 14 players playing 6 plus goalie

All players will receive a 'gift bag' and are invited to participate in the main
Toronto Cup Parade of Teams and Opening Ceremonies
